What we can settle

Anything about the catalogue: how long a hanger drops once a pot is in it, which pot diameter a cradle takes, how many caps a rack really holds, whether a shelf comes with its fixings, and which of two near-identical stands suits the corner you have in mind.

Corrections most of all. If a number here argues with the one on the label, tell us the page and the figure. We will fix it and say what changed.

What belongs to the shop

Orders, delivery windows, missing fixings, transit damage, refunds and returns live where you paid. Payment, delivery and returns are handled at checkout with our retail partner, not on this site. We cannot see your order and cannot look it up.

How long we take

A few working days. No ticket numbers, no queue music. People read this mailbox between other work.
